Streambox Ripper should do that, although I haven't tried it.

[edit]You'll have to copy the link address into a new window for it to start downloading, don't know why.[/edit]

You can load the ra/rm file that is on your hard disk into Streambox Ripper and convert it. I just converted a mp3 file to wav and it works, I can't test converting ra/rm files because I don't have any, but it should work. Just click the load button, navigate to the file you want to convert, click the convert button, and away you go.

Best thing about db poweramp is that it is freeware & an excellent program. Now to go & download that plugin. :)
