Even they can not delete them until you reboot as Windows has them locked.

Who needs to delete them? If you change what is in the files.. say to all 0's or all 1's then it doesn't really matter does it?

Thats what tracks eraser does, so no, you dont have to reboot to get rid of the information, you would to delete them, but you don't need to delete them if you are changing them.

THATS the point I was trying to stress... I guess I wasn't very clear...
