How to change desktop text color?

I just changed my background image in XP and it has a white background. But my desktop icons names are also written in white and it is hard to see what they say. How can I change the icon text color to say black or whatever I wanted? Thanks!

Right click desktop
Desktop tab
Color

Just select the color from the color dropdown. Doing so changes the background color behind your icons.
