    did I end up with a "Image Simulation SCSI CdROM Device"? How do I get rid of it?

    Nope. I think it might have been installed when I installed the Lastest version of CDRWIN 5. I been through the settings in CDRWIN and I can't find it anywhere.

    Nero Buring ROM
    Alcohol 120%
    CloneCD
    DaemonTools
    Virtual CD
    etc

    I have Nero 6 and CloneCD. Unless it enabled itself without me knowing it. I really think its from CDRWIN 5. Thats the only one I installed within the last week. Thats when it started to show.

    You could always uninstall it, and see if it goes away.

    Or you just leave it be :)

    It doesn't bother me all that much. EAC isn't detecting my CDRW. It just keep showing that image driver. So this is where the problem is.

    you could try and uninstall it from device manager, then try detecting your CDRW drive
