How do I STOP LSASS from rebooting my pc?

    I can't remember how I did this in the past but there was something you could enable/disable in XP to stop this error and then beable to get online long enough to download the proper patch and a firewall?

    shutdown -a

    at a command prompt

    go to start , then to run and type in shutdown -a that cancels the attempt to shut down

    If you are running XP just turn the firewall on.
