how do i find out my password to my PC?

i changed the power option's. the PC power's down or goe's into standby or hibernate's or sleep's. then a window's box ask's me for my owner password. this is the 1st time i have been asked for 1 since i bought the PC. i do not recall making 1.
i changed the setting so it would not ask me for a password, and it still doe's it.
please help. thank's.

try booting the computer and pressing F8 to get the boot options, choose to boot into safemode, then you should be able to login as Administrator (hopefully) and then change your user accounts password, or remove the password on your account.
