HIS 9800 Pro. I see R350 and R360. What is this? HELP

I'm at the verge of buying a new card. I'm planning on getting one from HIS Excaliber. Looking around at an online store I found the HIS Ex 9800Pro 128MB ICEQ and a normal 128MB version.

On the description of the ICEQ version, the chip was R350, and for the normal version, it was R360. What's the difference and which one should i get?

I wanted to get ICEQ for the cool and silent fan but now I'm in doubt because of the chip number. PLEASE HELP... THX in advance~~~
