Just general spyware.

Make sure your Operating System is up to date by visiting http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

After that, ensure your AV program of choice is up to date.

Then download, update and do a scan with a few of the following....

Windows Defender
Spybot Search and Destroy
Webroot Spy Sweeper
Lavasoft Ad-Aware

Your preference, and after that, post a Hijackthis log as you see above so we can help with other problems if the still occur
