Some adive on this log would be appreciated, it's from a friends machine and not having access to it (I'm offshore) and never having heard of "ybrowser.exe" I'm not sure what to advise. Basically we want to clear this machine of crap so all the BHO's etc.. are to go!

I'm thinking ybrowser is some kind of addtion the BTYahoo ISP has kindly added to their machine... can all the ybrowser references be removed?

nah, dont use that, its a good idea, but I don't trust it completely. Mubbers have HJT fix:

    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.sony-europe.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.sonystyle-europe.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.vaio-link.com

Those aren't bad, but there's no reason they need to have full ActiveX control. Everything else looks ok, I don't really like that Tukati thingy, do you know what its for. ybrowser.exe is part of yahoo.

    It is at that!

Tukati is some kind of app from a gaming site that autoloads and that is definitely going.

the ybrowser stuff is suspect too. I really hate all these toobars and buttons from yahoo and google so I'm thinking that theses things have to go. However I know she uses BTYahoo as her ISP so I'm not entirely sure that these files aren't required.

    Hence my post.
