helppp! stop errors again...

i've been getting stop errors that states that

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP: 0x000000D1 (0xFC32AFD5, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xFC32AFD5)

ALCXWDM.SYS - Address FC32AFD5 base at FC2F5000, DateStamp 3b756b8f
this occurs when i exit a game, closing internet explorer, closing winamp or simply doing nothing.
can somebody help me on this? thanks in advance!

I think it's related to your 3D card driver..if it's Nvidia update your driver from nvidia.com
when everything is closed specially Explrer.exe then press ALT+CTRL+ENTER to fire up the task manager go to file>new task and type explorer.exe to bring everything to normal.

from resourcekit page:Stop 0xD1 messages can occur after installing faulty drivers or system services. If a driver is listed by name, disable, remove, or roll back that driver to confirm that this resolves the error. If so, contact the manufacturer about a possible update.

ALCXWDM.SYS is a soundcarddriver. See if you can get any updates. Did a Google search on ALCXWDM.SYS . Seems your problem is not so rare. Many questions but few solutions in forums and newsgroups.

would it be okay if the driver is not digitally signed by microsoft? i have updated my drivers and it said that it has not passed the whatever test by microsoft.. thanks for your reply guys.
