Having problems saving Window positions

I wonder if you could help? My My Computer, Explorer window positions are saving fine, however the Recycle Bin, Control Panel and printers windows are going back to their factory default positions and changing back to the icon view. I've tried changing them to set positions a few times, restarting - still having same problem. Not a major problem, but annoying when I'm having to change the view and position every time I try and use them.

Now for some bizarre reason, none of the window positions are saving. If I remember correctly, there was an option within Tweak UI when using Win98 to choose whether to save positions or not, I don't think you have that option within Tweak UI for XP. Anyone know if it exists within the registry somewhere?
