Has someone hacked me?

Hi, saw a strange message in Event viewer in Windows XP PRO. The IP number in the message is coming from somewhere in Holland, and I'm in Sweden. Please take a look of my screenshoot of the message.

I using Kerio Personal Firewall all the time. And can not find any suspecting loggs of this event viewer message.

There is nothing to worry about. The IP address of 169.254.x.x is what Windows uses for an IP address when a DHCP server can not be found to obtain and address. It looks like for some reason at that time you were either not connected to the internet to get an address or the DHCP service was not available.
