Hardware suggestions please

I got my hands on a Realtek RTL8029 5 port "PCI" hub and now i want to see if i can get a similar product.

The realtek is only 10 not a 10/100 and seems to only work in half duplex so i was wondering if anybody knows of a 10/100 version.

You may ask why do i want a PCI version when the external ones are so cheap well simple, space and power supplies.
