Graphic Zoom ?

Hi,

Hope someone can help with a small prob i have, i have a pic and i want to zoom in on a certain area of it, but without loosing too much defentition but i cant seem to work out how to do this ???, i know it can be done soo if anyone out thier knows how any help would be kinldy appreciated.

I use PSP 7, Photoshop 7, and Fireworks MX for Graphics
