Should i give it a try? I need the easiest just to work into it! Any thoughts?

It's just a few apps running on an Ubuntu base OS... I don't see why you'd want it... Why not just try Ubuntu or Fedora live cd???

Either one is easy to use, boots off the cd and wouldn't require you to install them. If you like one or the other you can always do an install.

Hmmm... looks like you can run that one off the CD without installing it as well... couldn't hurt to try it, I guess.

i got the 2.9 space and the beta of 3.0, ill burn em up and try em out!

Well... that was fun. Really didn't find anything that impressed me. It's just linux with a couple purty apps and a bunch of links to google applications.

That said... I did like the google gadgets on the desktop... haven't been able to get it to run on my Fedora 10 computers. :(

Just an update on the gadgets: I got it working... it was a bug in the dbus configuration from a recent update to Fedora 10. Looks purty now. :D

The only other real app that I saw was wbar... Now for that one. ;)

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
