GMail and Safari

    Just a quick tip/post, but I read in the GMail help files that using a secure https URI will help with some problems to do with caching etc, so I bookmarked https://gmail.google.com/gmail (note the s after http) and I haven't had the "stuck" problem since, I'm using 1.3/v146 on the desktop and 1.2/v125.1 on the iBook and it seems to work for both. :)

    Interesting. Also, I just noticed that there is a "New Features!" link at the top of the page. One feature is Safari support!

    Everybody's gone surfin'… now Mac OS X's Safari is surfing Gmail as well (versions 1.2.1 and newer).

    Kind of a stupid message and not much info, but hopefully it will work without any kind of tweaking. :)

    I really don't understand just what the hell safari "support" is, it's simply the KHTML engine, there's nothing to particularly support :confused:

    There were some javascript things that did not work properly.

    Well, I'm still having the sticking problem after logging in, so I'm gonna go about it the https way, too.
