Geforce2 MX400 TV out Problems

Hi, I've just installed a Geforce2 MX400 and can't get the TV out to work.

The problem appears to be in the detection on anything on the end of the cable.

I've tried in both TV and Video but with no result. The video is less than a year old and I've tried plugging into both the video phono socket and through a SCART socket.

Now i'm Stumped!
Help Please! Any Ideas would be gratefully received.

Try doing this..make sure everything is connected 100%, then reboot the computer with everything connected. alot of the times that will work.
