GeForce 3 Ti-500 Sideband&Fastwrites?

Hi all. Can anyone tell me if sideband addressing support and fast writes support is important, and if so does a GeForce 3-Ti500 support them? I just noticed tweaks for them in Rivatuner but am not sure if they should be on or what. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

benchmark.. then turn them on in the bios (not with rivatuner) and benchmark again. you should get a higher score. but there is a chance they might cause instability, too.
