Gamespy Arcade 1.1c

[Electronic Punk]

Little old, 5 days, as I wasn't paying attention, but Gamespy Arcade has been updated again with the following:

- Users can upload non-JPG images
- Images are automatically sized properly
- Portraits now change immediately when uploading using GameSpy > Upload portrait menu item
- Users can no longer join games marked as "closedplaying" in dedicated server games
- Users can no longer set zip/city in Matrix key if they are marked as hidden
- Fixed password being overwritten on 2nd account bug
