Funky IP address

    Am I being hacked?

    The address fe80::5445:5245:444f%5 has been assigned to the Microsoft Loopback device.

    You could just open Command prompt, and type:
    ipv6 uninstall

    Then reboot. That should uninstall IPv6. :)
