Very nice drivers on my 7800GTX these and the 86.90 are both very good for me.

Here is the only question...
Would it be a recommended upgrade with my Geforce FX 5200? I use the 66.72 drivers that have no problem to me. Will it have any significant effect???

If what your using works well then I say no , leave it as it is , the drivers today are geared more for the 7xxx line of cards no real gains will be made in your case.
