FF3 not keeping usernames/passwords

Hi all,

My FF3 is not remembering my usernames/password for my homepage (Igoogle) and a lot of my other forum username/passwords automatically.

This is happening on my OpenSuse11 KDE3.5 desktop.

I disabled Beagle, I have cleared the cache/cookies several times, to no avail.

Any ideas?

I had this same issue, and the only fix I came up with was to chown the dir to my usergroup. Upon reboot however it changes back to root, and its a security risk to change it as far as I know. I'm sure there is another solution, that is more solid.
