K, first of all, how do I change .ico files to a format readable by photoshop and a photoshop file into an icon? Next, is it possible to get winamp so that when I minimize it it goes to tray (ya know where norton antivirus goes and such) instead of middle of task bar? Also is it possible to get winamp controls on one side of the task bar beside the tray? Thanks

For ico files
you need a program that can read ico files such as Axialis IconWorkshop 5.0

For winamp in your tray
Winamp / preferences / Options / display / show winamp /
in system tray only
or you could use a program like powermenu
