Question, I've got photoshop, how do I make the m transparent?

Well in PSP 7 I would use the "Eye Droper" on the background. That way the B/G color is the primary color. Then I would use the "Fill" to fill the "M" and since the background is transparent... well, there ya go.

Just double check that the B/G is still transparent. In PSP 7 I would go to "Color" in the "Tool Bar" then "View Palette Transparency". then save it as something other than what it was.

Actually you have to save each frame individually first with an Animation Proggy such as Animation Shop 3. Then do what I said in the first post.
