error massege removal

I think I read a post about hoe to remove an error messege that kept coming up everytime you boot up...

Well it's happened to me and now I want to remove it but I can't seem to locate that post ... Does anyone know how to remove this?, or better yet "what the hell im talking about?

Right click my computer\properties\advanced\Error reporting. It's in there.

I know about this but I like to know what applications make my system crash I just don't like that error poping up everytime I boot....

furthermore, what I saw posted b4 was a registry hack that disables this ...

please if anybody knows how I'd really apreciate it if you'd share the knowhow.
