DVD burning with VOB....

I have a Pioneer 104 burner, on every other package it writes at 1x

However VOB writes at 2x, but but it does not always produce and error free result...

Can anyone tell me if there is a another package that can consistently produce, error free results at 2x?

I have tried NERO, EZCD, CLONECD, CDRWIN etc...

Nope you need rally good DVD-R media to get a good 2x burn, and even then you usually have to do a test burn which ends up making your burn 1x anyway, sorry man.

How come....

VOB is the only package that gives me the option to burn at 2x when Pioneer has included this function in their firmware? - Every other package just gives 1x as an oprion.......
