Does anyone know if there's one out there, what it's called, or where to get it?

I tried searching the forums but found nothing directly relevant.

Both WinDVD and PowerDVD will do DTS decoding, so if those plugins work with Windows Media Player, you could do it. It just costs money :( I guess it's cheaper than a hardware DTS decoder.
