download problems

hello all

ii'm trying to install a tv tuner on my pc.i can install my drivers with no prblem but when i get ready to install software i get this message c:/windows32/autoexec.nt what do i have to do about this?

Not sure if relevant , but XP Servicepack 2 can remove autoexec.nt from Systems 32 folder on upgrade.
However there is a "repair" folder in "Windows" with a copy of the original.
Copy this back to Systems 32.
Same can happen with config.nt.
This may affect old software. that requests the above and cannot locate it.
