Domain Logon Screen Customize?

I remember reading this somewhere on the site about how to change the logon screen of a pc thats connected to a Domain. I know its in the reg. somewhere but not to sure where.

I think you can change the background color and such in the registry but thats about it. I've always read and been told that to be part of a domain you need the 2k style login, I did some searching and couldn't find a tweak to change it, so if ya find one give a holler

i know it was in the "guides" section... now the guides section looks a little different and missing this tweak. I know its somewhere in the registry, and the data value is what you type in as your color scheme.
