Uhh...yeah. Anyway, maybe I am mistaken, but didn't MS have some asian specific promo ads leak this summer that were aimed at the asian market? If so, this may be one of their promo shots hence the text that reads "Windows Messenger".

the MS messenger thingy is a part of a program called YZ Dock.
