disc maintainence wizards

Does any body know of any disc maintaience wizrds on XP??

I've been told that my 1.9GHz PC is running too slowly.

Can any one advise any thing that i can do to check this??

i quess you're talking about Disk Defragmenter

no i've tried that,

On win 98 there was a maintainace wizard taht seemed to do the trick it would do the defrag as well as other things i just cant seem to find it though
