Can anyone help??

I've got a Zoom pci V92 modem from UK and I'm using it
in Greece. I have got "AT+MS=V90" init string in the advanced settings section. When I log on to my isp I'm on for 5-10 minutes and the connection dies. It stays alive but all data transfer stops.

I've got the latest drivers and I've looked on the
zoom home page but i can't find a solution. I
contacted my isp and they were useless, blaming
everything but them.

I've got:
AMD Athlon XP 2000+
512 DDR mem
Soltek 75 drv4 mobo
Win XP pro
Zonealarm.

All patches and drivers are up to date. I usually have a few things open and accessing the net, but even if I just have IE running it still does the same.

BTW i'm usually connected at 48-49.2kbps, is this a good connection speed for dial up??

If any one could give me some ideas/ suggestions i'd be very greatful

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
