Desktop shortcut

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to replace the show Desktop button (next to the start button in task bar) I had some help with my old pc--and my 'helpful' friend deleted it. (It's not in the recycle bin for easy restore)

Suggestions?? Thanx.

Not sure off the top of my head, but if you want to use the keyboard shortcuts simply press the Windows Key + D

That will perform the same thing. I will poke around for restoring your shortcut.

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Create a file named "Show Desktop.scf". Paste the following code and save.

IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop
