    [Shell]
    Command=2
    IconFile=C:\Windows\Shell Icons\Desktop XP.ico

    [Taskbar]
    Command=ToggleDesktop

    put it in a text file and name it "show desktop.scf"

    The default would be
    ------------
    [Shell]
    Command=2
    IconFile=explorer.exe,3
    [Taskbar]
    Command=ToggleDesktop
    -----------

    unlikely that Engineer has the same customized icons than you, sboulema ;)
    But you can indeed put every icon in there that you like.

    Save it as desktop.scf to C:\Documents and Settings\ username\ Application Data\ Microsoft\ Internet Explorer\ Quick Launch
    or save it to desktop and drag it to your Quick Launchbar.

    Windows key + D is a good alternative btw.

    Windows Key + D

    Windows key + D works way faster then putting an icon on the task bar thanks YoYo!

    Is there a list of other Windows Key shortcuts for XP??

    Win open Start Menu
    Win+E Explorer
    Win+R Run
    Win+break System Properties Dialogue
    Win+F Search
    Win+M Minimizes all open windows
    Win+D Toggles between desktop and windows
    Win+L Locks the computer (or shows the welcome screen)
    Win+U Utility Manager

    To see all shortcuts press Windows key+R ;) and type C:\Windows\Help\keyshort.chm
