Creative X-Fi Sound Card Club

We have a few people investing in the new X-Fi sound cards I think it's appropiate to start a club. Not to mention they are expensive (especially if you but the platnium + versions).

So what card did you guys get?

I got the X-Fi Platnium because I think the drive bay looks awesome!

X-Fi Xtreme music for me hooked up to some Logitech Z5500's

I have the base product as well. Works well enough for me. Of course, I found that my new case doesn't have the right connector for the headphone/mic jack. Ah well.

I don't need the front bay. I might buy the Platinum and not use the bay. Although XRAM is worthless right now.

In order to get the X-RAM you either need the Fatal1ty or the Elite Pro package, the platnium is just the XtremeMusic with the drive bay.

the xtreme music edition has ram too - 8Mb instead of 64Mb

The card is simply amazing. I never really put a whole lot of stock behind cards sounding different unless totally taxed (cranked up), but this card sounds F'n incredible at even the lowest decibels
