This has been bothering me, but you know those ads on TV about conterfeit minis and even counterfeitmini.org ... are they for real? ... or is it some advertisement for minis?

I believe the company is real, I'm not really sure what it's all about though. Never had the urge to actually check it out.

Seems like a publicity stunt, but they seem so serious about it ... so I don't know.

This has to be a spoof, counterfeit minis, and they show a 4 door sedan with mini racing stripes?
could'nt find any links back to BMW...so it might be an advertising agency given free rein for promotion....
