Counter-Strike FPS low

When I type net_graph 3 in console I see that I'm only geting around 65-67 fps. I remember (before my last format) that there was a way to uncap this with a command in the conbsole. Could anyone that knows how to get the best fps tell me?

i posted a simlar post, but no response i think, but the way i fix it was to take or disable (turn off) vertical sync on ur graphics card, and when u start cs, drop console type in fps_max 99 and fps_modem 99
then type in show_fps 1 and it will record to find out your real fps type in timerefresh it does a cool matrix effect and tells ya. peace 1
