coolmon - request tutorial

i tried this program alot of times and i still dont get it. could anyone write a tutorial for me and everyone eles who is having problems wit it.

and also is there any other alternative instead of coolmon

first, right click on the coolmon in your tray...

next, hit displayed items

just double click whatever you want coolmon to monitor.

I just erase the registry enties manually when I want to eliminate items.

next, rightclick again on the icon, hit transparent

next hit fonts


change the font, the font size, the color of the text, and make the backround transeparent

I only monitor cpu temperature, ram use, page file and threads, so I added spaces in between each value.

I'm using the taskmanager for my cpu usage, so that's not in my coolmon

my text color is yellow,
font size is 10,
font is california fb,
font style is bold italic, and
backround is transeparent....
