Control Panel Icons...?

where can i find the icons that the "Control Panel" uses? Is there a special .dll that it takes em from?

(...and NO the answer is not \system32\SHELL32.dll ... just look at the icon for your keyboard in "Control Panel" and tell me if that is one of the icons in the shell32.dll file... on my computer its NOT)
