conflict with system clock and other times

    weird things with my time stamps
    email (outlook) time stamps appearing 1 hour too early
    (ie sent to me at 2:30. recevied at 2:31 - but outlook says 1:30)
    posts to Forums at 0700 say 0600)
    not sure when this started
    yes - checed my own clock. time zone etc

    ideas?

    Received email gets its timestamp from the server. The forum also gets its time from the server (OSNN's server). You can adjust your offset in UserCP.

    I went intp the ordinary adjust time in windows task bar
    changed it by 1 sec
    hit apply
    now all ok
    how odd
    thanks for suggestion
