I was going throught website, and i accidently hit on of those things that says download blah blah blah. but i didnt see wat it was. then i was going through my HD and i find something strange. It is called xerox. and inside it has a folder called nwwia. ive tried deleting it through Safe mode and nothing works

That's actually a system folder... not exactly sure what it's for but it's nothing to worry about.
