Hello,
Is there a command line for opening folders in the same window?
cause somehow folders won't open in the same windows, and this is annoying me..
i use now just plain "explorer.exe" to call new folders.
Any "-self" or something like that???

Thanks in advance

In Windows Explorer->tools->folder options->browse folders->tick "open each folder in same window"

i've tried that allready
and it didn't work

so i guess i should use command line functions

if anybody knows what to add after explorer.exe
i would be thankful

C'mon!!! there's got to be a way!

i've checked out the Microsoft Knowledge Base and i didn't find anything =(

any ideas?

xsiv said it right, also check.

Launch Explorer
Tools
Folder Options
Click View (tab)
Uncheck "Launch folder windows in a separate process"
Click "Apply to All Folders"
Click "Apply"
Click "OK"
Restart Explorer

Good luck.

no luck with that ( i've tried allready )

i insist...is there a command line parameter to keep folders in the same window???

thanks
