clonecd + cd burner prob

hey
when i try to copy a cd using clone cd.. i select the drive to copy from.. that's fine.. then when i go to select my cd burner... it says waiting for the drive.. that doesn't go away.. what could be causing this?
i have nero installed... and used to have easy cd creator 5..

Try installing the ASPI Layer

it's either the need for the ASPI layer, or your drive isn't supported by CloneCD.

you'll never guess what it was..
there was no cd in the drive.. i really wouldn't have thought that mattered.. anyway
not aspi.. don't like adaptec ones.. don't work very well with sum things, just copy the nero ones into system32 directory, use them
