Clean up MSN Messenger logs. How?

Hi,

Every time people sign in MSN Messenger with a different email address, it will keep the new email address in the email address filed. It's a bit like search engine, it logs everything you've typed. Does anyone know how to clean up those email addresses?

And now I have both Windows Messenger 4.6 and MSN Messenger 5.0. How can I get rid of Windows Messenger 4.6? Or how can I disable it when I am using Outlook Express?

I am using Windows XP SP1.

Thank you.

E-mail addresses in Xp Messenger version are saved in a drop down menu list.
So to clear this list

Press start.
Then Control Panel.
Then User Accounts.
Pick your Account Example Guest or the account you log with.
Then click on Manage my network passwords under the Related Task Block.
Then highlight the email you want to remove.
Then press Remove.
Then press Ok.
Then Close.

This is another way :

In Start menu select Run.

enter: "control userpasswords2".

Go to Advanced tab.

Select Manage Passwords Button.

Add or Remove what you want.

Then Close.

and to remove windows messenger 4.6
have a look at this link

hope this helps!

Both ways worked. :D
Thank you so much!!

By the way, how do you know all those stuffs like "control userpasswords2"? Are they written in somewhere (help file)?
