    World War I saw the biggest loss of fathers in modern British history and those that did returned carried the mental and physical scars. But what of the children haunted by the heroism of dads they barely knew?

    well this depressed the hell out of me especially this last line. So i thought i'd share.

    "I miss him, I missed him when I was a boy and now I miss him as an old man," says Mr Overall. "I've never forgotten, I never will, never will."
