change sharpness

Tell me please! Is there any program which can change sharpness on my photoes saved in jpg.
I tried Photoshop but it was unsuccessfully....:cry:

Photoshop should be fine, just open the picture, then go to filter -> sharpen -> sharpen at the top menu. That should do it.

I tried it but my photoes almost didn't cgange:cry: I need smth. that could make more change.

There's only so much you can do with poor quality photos. Do you have a photo you can link to here so we can see it and perhaps one of us will have better luck sharpening.
