cd text?

hi guys i made a mix cd on my sisters laptop, but the cd screwed up, and i didnt save the file so i could easly burn it agiain, but when i put it in my cuzins mp3 cd player it reads the cd text that is written on the cd, so is there a program for windows that reads the cd text instead of always wanting to connect to the net for cddb?
