CD-ROM Speed

Can anyone tell me how I can find out how fast my CD-ROM Drive is?
 
It is usually printed somewhere on the drive. Sometimes it will tel you under CD/DVD Drives in the Device Manager. I don't think that there is a actual command or thing that tells you the x rating on a drive.
