I'm thinking of fitting a window to my side panel on my case, question is what should I use to cut out the hole in the side panel?

If you've got a local metal shop with a laser cutter it'll do the best job. They can use graphics and fonts to give you almost any shape window you want.

    Buy a new case...
A lot of hassle molding your own window. Tried ut myself and it's not worth it.
If going to do yourself, good luck !
