I just put a Scythe Karma Panel (multi card reader) in my computer and noticed that it has put a ton of extra drives in.

My question is, are these drives necessary? If not how do I get rid of them. If they are necessary can I hide them? If I do hide them will it interfere with the performance of the card reader when I want to use it

Any help appreciated

All card readers add drives to the OS. This is unavoidable. The amount of drives is determined by he amount of slots in the reader. Why do you want to hide them (the drives)?

Thanks for that, if they are needed for the purpose of the reader then I will leave them alone, was just unsure about the whole process.

Is it safe to change the drive letters?

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
